Netskope Client is software installed on your device that works with Netskope's security cloud platform to protect your data and applications. However, being able to terminate the Netskope Client from Task Manager may compromise security during that time. Therefore, I will introduce a setting to prevent Netskope Client from being deleted from Task Manager.
Setting method
First, log in to the Netskope management console and access [Settings] > [Security Cloud Platform] > [Devices] > [Client Configuration] > [TAMPERPROOF]. Here, check the following checkboxes.
- Password protect Client uninstallation
- Protect Client configuration and resources
You will not be able to terminate the Netskope Client from Task Manager. A password is also required to uninstall Netskope Client and change settings. This allows us to increase the security of your device.
